The goal of this blog is to document the highs and lows of my dispatch career.  I am grateful for the ability to do my job and do it well.  It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been worth it.  This blog will give you, the reader, an inside look into the mind of a 911 dispatcher.  Fair warning, it isn’t always pretty, but at the very least I can guarantee at times it will be entertaining!  There is a certain lack of sanity after doing this for 18 years.  Being a little crazy is nearly a job requirement in this field.  I have been blessed with working with some of the most incredible people I have ever met.  Welcome to my world ; )
